445x445 thumbnail restriction lifted - upload error possible

"You must include a 445x445 thumbnail image called thumb.png in the root of the mod folder." is still in the "How to create mods" pinned message. It seems that restriction has been lifted (or the game doesn't check).

Can lead to upload issues if image is accidentally very large. Resulting error is generic (from Steam Workshop, probably) and not obvious that file size is an issue.

Oh interesting, yeah the game doesn't actually check the size. It just throws the error if the thumb is missing. I try to not force things where a flexible approach will suffice. I'll try to work out what the max size is and then check that it's under.
