I want dragons compatible with the base game. Not one mod which is dependent on a ton of other mods to work.
Age of Wrath is not what I'm looking for.
All I'm asking is for someone to make me a European Dragon addon with no extra baggage, something compatible with the single player campaign and skirmishes.
I don't play multiplayer so it would be wasted there.
Honestly it would be nice if someone would make another Norse and Greek campaign that included these dragons, as they were such a big part of Greek and Norse mythology.
However I feel that would be too much to ask all at once.So if I try out the dragons in skirmish and the normal campaign, then I'll ask the person to build a campaign around them.
First off, that's quite rude. My request was for trainable dragons, NOT for trainable dragons to be included in the Age of Wrath mod.
Second off, I'm not interested in the extra stuff that comes with the pack - I just want the trainable European (Greek/Norse) dragons, compatible with the other campaigns in the game.
An extra campaign or two, centering around the dragons would be nice, but they're optional. You don't have to make the campaigns if you don't want.
All I really want are the dragons and the code to make them trainable in SP.
An extra campaign or two, centering around the dragons would be nice, but they're optional. You don't have to make the campaigns if you don't want.
That's one, maybe two extra units and some code at the minimum.
However, you said "but I will just add such units in Age of Wrath mod" which indicates you would ONLY put them into your Age of Wrath mod.
So I got mad because the way I understood it, you were going to put them into your Age of Wrath pack and NOT make a separate mod for them; which would basically force me to subscribe to the entire pack, just for one or two units and some code.
And that's unfair to me and other users.
Maybe I misunderstood, maybe I didn't. However, it appears that English is not your first language so there's a high degree of probability that I did misunderstand.
So if I misunderstood, please tell me so we can fix it instead of fighting over it.
If you're going to make these dragons, at the very least don't force others to subscribe to a pack just to get them. That's rude.
After all, my request is for trainable dragons, not trainable dragons in the Age of Wrath mod.
You said: "This is what I am going to do, if doesn't help I am not forcing you to subscribe :)" But you ARE forcing me to subscribe.
Our conversation so far sounds like this:
Me: "I want trainable dragons."
You: "I'll make your trainable dragons, but then you MUST subscribe to MY mod in order to get said dragons. Oh, and by the way, this mod comes complete with gigabytes worth of extra stuff you don't want or need. Have fun!"
Me: "..."
"Oh, I'm sorry, did you want JUST the dragons? Too bad; now I'm making them JUST for MY pack! Subscribe or not, but if you want your dragons, you MUST go through ME!"
In short this conversation sounds utterly rude and selfish on your part.
That's utterly rude and it's selfish. Grabbing up my idea and forcing me to grab his modpack is rude and very immature of him.
