StSLib Bug: No Temp HP
Apparently I've come across a pretty major bug in StSLib, in that any source of Temporary HP has no effect. I'm confused, and it's been going on for a while now, so... if anyone else has had this issue before, and fixed it, I could definitely use some help.

I did fix it one time, but i forgot how i did it and now i am having the same problem too.

I am not fully sure what mod did it but i enabled a lot of character mods and one of them fixed it.
