Overlappning scripts and functions
I wanted to ask regarding the scripts as Im quite heavily experience problems at some times that scripts randomly malfunction from time to time.

I notice this problem especially regarding diplomancies that its impossible to make alliances for a.i. Does dialouge windows and Quest Windows that pop up conflict with messages about diplomancies so its ignores the scripts with diplomancies?

Especially Shadows campaign has around 250 scripts on one scenario at every turn so it could potentially cause issue.

Is there a max limit on scripts like 256 events at One single turn capping the amount of things occurring at the same time?

I checked. Seems unlikely there is a limit on the number of scripts.

Quest windows and dialouge windows that pops up could they potentially override and ignore scripts if they occur at the same time as diplomancies?

It's a while ago, but I remember discussing a queuing system for messages like this to prevent issue like this. Given the trouble you are having I'd guess we found a way to work around it and did not implement the queuing.
So yes, if scripts using the same screen space are called at the same time this might cause the user to miss certain messages.

Then I know possible reason behind it. So far working on two released campaigns I noticed some Odd behaviour durning the scenario creations

Is OfferCityQuest script no longer supported by the game? No matter how I script it, it Does not work, I looked at previous campaigns and it does not funktion even if using same scripts from EC 01 and CW 01.

I manager to give a.i orders and follow long paths, but not city quest. :-)
