How to edit perks in unity?
How do i do it? i can mod weapons and consumables and armor just fine but i can't find the assets for the perks.
Also, how to open mods from the workshop? i would love to tune some of them for personal use.

1) Harmony scripting only (hardcoded in core) https://github.com/pardeike/Harmony
2) https://github.com/Perfare/AssetStudio ( for personal use )
