Hi, I see there are mods up, so how do you mod the game? I see no SDK in the tools section of steam. I googled the question and I think I found a Russian guide, but I don't speak Russian, and Google Translate is too irritating to use.

1) Where do I go to even download the kit? That is my main issue.

2) (less important) is there a guide? I have spend many, many hours modding Fallout Tactics, Fallout NV, Fallout 4, Skyrim, Oblivion, Stellaris, etc etc so I'm sure if shown how to find/install the software I can figure it out.
