how to remove duplicates?
it made duplicates of mods and im not sure how to remove them and one mod i cant seem to find on my steam it shows is called "Spiders Gift" and im not sure how to remove it

It indexes the mods it finds in "C:\Users\<user name>\Documents\My Games\AoW3\UserContent", assuming you are on Win10.
Deleting those should do the trick. Make backups - if needed - and unsubscribe on Steam if you don't want those to come back.
