Cant't Get New Quests

I am past the quest Race Against Time but after that i could not get any other quests also I have waited out about 2 nights.

Have you tried checking other Trading Stations?

Yes i have gone to many trading stations from the plains to the desert and the orange kind of place in fact most of my time on the game is looking for quests.
