Click on the 'Workshop' tab at the top, then scroll down. You should see some level type names, but I think only 'Basic' lets you see anything. Also, it will say "You must subscribe to this to download"... I did "subscribe" to one that had a Prison level (just chose it at random - just to see what it was), and I don't see any way to play it.

I'm sure we'll need a major update before the game will recognize any new DL'ed levels. Also, the dev/s must've let a few people have beta copies to mess around with... that's why we're able to see these levels... (that's what I think, but I could be wrong).

Yes! We are really working hard on it, so you can make some cool levels within it) Mostly only polishing stuff remains =)
