How to mod?

I'm a big noob but I would like to know how to mod and create some content for the comunity...

ok if you got any mod off websites such moddb there should be a read me file telling you how to install anyway

when you install a mod you got off a website will need to use the -mod (mod file name) to run it

however i can link some mods off steam and there standalones so there no file management but you should look around other websites of you want some good mods as well

the standalone mods dont need to boot from CoH it run on is own you will know what i mean when you download them off steam
