I am getting a strange glitch where the main menu buttons will not reappear after loading mods. I have tried both workshop and local mods but I get the same result. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

I am trying to use CyRob's Sandbox Mod and the Endless Romance Mod. Those are the only two I'm interested in at the moment but neither of them seem to work. The base game runs just fine without mods.
