I don't have the game yet, so I haven't looked into pack files obviously, but if it is possible I've an idea for a mod. Just spies with Gather Intelligence (assuming they didn't take that out of the pack), and large area of vision. I feel like without them, my strategy of setting up ambushes (not the stance, I know that is gone) won't be viable.
