Religion Mod Request
Is anyone else bothered by the missing religion feature? Especially Norse/Celtic Heathens?

I think they didn't focus on religion because it wasn't that much of a factor in the conflicts of the era. The Vikings never attempted to stamp out Christianity, as they assimilated into the cultures they conquered. Thus, the Vikings became landed Christians, just as the Saxons did when they conquered Brittania first. The Welsh and Gaelic peoples had likewise adopted Christianity by this time period as well. The Welsh were the last vestiges/descendants of the original Britons and the Romans, who brought Christianity to Brittania. Likewise, the Irish were heavily influenced by Christianity in this time period. The Here-King mechanic for the Danelaw kingdoms sorta does this already, as you have to balance tensions between the heathen Viking army and the Christian Saxon populace.

TLDR: Religion is not important in this game's timeframe. Everyone was either already Christian or became Christian over the timeframe

Well, considering that the viking forces are known as great heaten army, I thin it would add a nice feature.

Youre certainly right on all accounts. I was just thinking that they may come up with advantages and abilities and rewards for being more godly than the next ruler.
