There's no real need for a mod manager, because NWN does not work like say...Skyrim for example, where you can have multiple mods running at the same time.
Ahh, you're referring to Overrides, In which case, there might be benefit to an Override manager, though I get why none exist so far, as Overrides weren't very common back than. I only ever remember using the Combat Overrides before.....now we have quite a few graphical overrides, lol
PWs use their own set of hakpaks for the most part. A single player module will not be changed from a package from a PW unless the author of said single module makes use of it.
