1.0.7 added new categories/flags/limits, and old market stalls won't be using those. You might end up with some items that cannot be stored in those market stalls, so your vendors might get caught in loops of picking things up, bringing them to the market, being unable to store them there, and bringing them back to the barn before picking them up again, rinse and repeat.
Basically it should work for the most part, but if you use other mods that introduce new items to the game, those have a pretty high risk of requiring a regular market instead of the individual stalls.
It's just a shame these market carts in CC are the only reliable option, i use them alot for logistics and i generally favour efficiency in my games.
