Creating Bots
Is it theoretically possible to create all Overwatch heroes in this game?

It is. I know several members of our community are actively working on creating OW profiles. I'll try and find out how things are going on it for you.

The current OW chars that are accurate are Sergeant 87 (S76), Racer (Tracer), Rocket Flyer (Pharah), McCoy (McCree), and Windowmaker (Widow).
