Religious Education

Students under education must attend religious events under god and under El Presidente in order to provide better in-tel-i-gen-ce

*more citizens will become religious over time
*Decreases relations with Secularists
*increases relations with Religious

Paid Education

Citizens of Tropico will be required to pay for their education as forewith for the benefit of tropico and El Presidente

*Educational buildings will pay 15% more tax into the treasury
*Improves relations with Capalists, decreases relations with Communists

Education for all

Education is a RIGHT and REQUIREMENT for all Citizens of Tropico. All citizens under the age of 18 are Required to Attend Education until they have achieved a highschool degree.

*citizens will begin to become more educated.
*Improves relations with Communists, Decreases relations with Religious, Capatilists


Court Rights

Protection of the State

Police or Military who have found Citizens guilty of a crime may arrest those based on their best judgement. Those found arrested are assumed guilty until proven innocent.

*Improves relations with Nationalists and Militarists
*Improves Effeciency of Police Stations in Tropico by 40%
*Increases unrest in the populace.

Questionable Innocence

Through El Presidente any Citizens found Guilty of a crime against the government can arrested and punished by any means nessecary in order to protect the Tropican Nation

*neutral system, nothing much has changed

Independent Courts
Citizens who have been accused of a crime are innocent until proven guilty and CANNOT be found guilty without reasonable doubt

*increases liberty, increases crime rates
*Can no longer Arrest Innocent Citizens.


Internal Affairs

Unified Identity

El Presidente is the just and rightful leader of Tropico, Any such citizen found to PROTEST or UPRISE against his Rural decree will be found Guilty of commiting Treason against the state of Tropico.

Freedom of Speech

Citizens of Tropico have the right to express all and any opinions within the nation but any crimes against the state will be found guilty of treason

Freedom of Expression

Citizens of Tropico have the right to exercise their rights by any means in order to express their issues with the nation of Tropico under El Presidente

*Can no Longer Engage Rebels
*Increases Liberty
