How do I mod Ember stats?

Does anyone know how to mod the stats on different levels of embers?

For example, if I want to change the void ember's mana regen effect ranks:

Current: 1.1, 1.4, 1.7, 1.9 ...

to something like 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5....

how do I go about doing that?

Any help would be appreciate it.

One thing I do know is that Items in this game are affected by Graphs so numbers are not changed directly rather it's by changing the amounts that their Level Arc gives them.

They are in AFFIXES folder, you have to familiarize yourself with the MEDIA folder's contents. Items don't use graphs or stat graphs, they use effects and affixes directly. Then effects use graphs.
