How do I get brimstone glow on my cards?

Hello!

I have tried different settings like crazy now but the cards either end up glowing an intense red over the entire card or it doesnt glow at all. Currently it just has the "crusty" look, but does not glow red. I dont know what i am doing wrong. I enabled the brimstone encounter appearance, the brimstone rarity, and I tried using both regular and brimstone card art. nothing works.

how do i do this correctly?

I had not seen that document, but I am using card arts from existing cards, such as Blood crescent sword and a brimstone tower. I thought i would not have to do anything since they are already existing and already used in game with the effects. Am I wrong?
