is there a sandbox mode mod?
hi im looking for a sandbox mode mod for civ 6

If you aren't running a scenario, you are running sandbox mode.

What do you mean by sandbox mode? No other civs? Or always at peace with other civs?

There is a mod that lets you play without other civilizations (just make sure to turn off domination victory when starting a game) https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=930994688&searchtext=enemy

If you still want other civs in the game but complete peace you can use the Forever Peace mod. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1407463009&searchtext=peace

by what i mean is the ability to make units without anything seting up citys by like selecing it and stuff like that
