is it possible to hide the text window like in Visual novels?

If I want to take a look at the CG without the text, is it possible to do that? or is there a mod for it?

I believe you can select the normal, dim, or transparent options for your text when you use the SHOW TEXT command, just like you can set the window to appear at the top, middle, or bottom of the screen. You have to do this every time, so you might miss one or two. There might be a way to just set the window properties by adjusting a script line, but I don't know how to do that.
