another error that i've tryed to fix

i attemped to fix by uninstalling the game several times

Enter "settings" into the search in the folder "docs & seting" file here: Documents and Settings \ "User Name" \ My Documents \ my games \ outfront2 a2 (1) \ profiles \ player \and what should I do with it? "settings.set" remove !!!!
