Report a translation problem
I totally won't be the guy since I have zero experience in modding. I'm just simply providing what I've found and see If that's anything we could do. Because it doesn't sound like the author will be updating the mod.
That DOES NOT mean that he actually has stolen something but it would also explain why other mods still are available while his is gone.
for mods with this size it is usually not enought to change the mods version number so unless you know how to edit files like vehicle files which could lead to crashes depending on what have changed in the game since then you will most likely not be able to get it to work correctly but you always can try. :)
i hope someone can explain what you need to do in detail because i sadly cant.
