Can't upload mod?
Yeah, Democracy 3 creates the modpage, but the mod isn't actually there. When I subscribe to my own mod, all it downloads is the .txt file from the mods folder. The Folder that my mod is actually in refuses to be uploaded (and the file size of the mod shows as 0.000MB).

What do I do about this?

Almost 5 months and it's still not fixed. I tried to upload/update mod and ended up with te same result as OP. Is Democracy 3 abandonware now?

pretty much. no updates for a year.

This is an issue with the game. You can ask the mod developer if you can manually download the mod folder and install it that way.
