Nope. And no plans for it. It would be too unfair on console players, even if it were technically feasible (given the platforms are owned by competing companies with proprietary technology, etc).

Others may wade in here...

I know who may reply, but its a tough choice between a russian troll and a workshop item maker

Technical issues are virtually impossible to overcome, only a small handful of games have gotten PC->console direct compatibility.

Its not "impossible" but it would certainly be more effort than i see being worthwile, why would you want crossplay for terratech anyway, there isnt even Co-Op yet.
