You don't have to make a discussion to show your skin, people will see it on the workshop anyway. Also, I don't know if it's that good to make a skin inspired by a youtuber, because promotional skins are not allowed.

Well, you're specifically mentioning Rusty Cage, so you are in fact promoting that brand/youtube channel. But I'm not 100% sure though. Maybe AJ can clear things up.
