Publishing Mods
I published a mod, but I accidently deleted the item. Now, when I click the pubilsh button in reassmbly modding section, it just bring me to a page that says something like: "The auther deleted the item." Is there a way to un-delete my workshop items or a way to re-publish it??

But wouldn't that just delete my mod?

Deleting the steam_pfid file will delete the mod's data connecting it from your game to the workshop, so deleting it when it's already published wouldn't delete the mod but would rather unconnect your folder to the mod when you press the publish button. But since you deleted your mod from the workshop you're unlinking the mod from a workshop mod that doesn't exist.

Short Answer: Just delete the steam_pfid file an nothing else, then republish, that should work.
