Lock mods

Hi, is there a mod that lets you lock factions? basicly a reset + the downloaded mods/factions ?
or is it possible to request a mod like this ?

when you add / download a mod ( faction ) its 9 of the 10 times already unlocked.
What i want is, is to lock those factions and unlock them like the original factions.

I'm afraid there isn't a way to lock modded factions (to my knowledge) without editing their faction files, which are specific to the mod. You would need to add the locked tag to every faction's parameters in the factions.lua file that you want to make locked.

In short: it's possible but way more trouble than it's worth.
