Fixing Colony Capital placement.
Is there anyone out there who can do a simple favor for all of us an make a mode that can allow us choose where our colony capitals are placed when stablishing colonies?

While that sounds easy, it means replacing the whole Improvement file and watching for changes done by Stardock.

... unless one would make it as an upgrade, which would act a relocation/demolision project.

... and while that would work, there is an UI issue that doesn't allow that to work. I had reported this issue to Stardock back in February 2016. :steamsad:
