I must be blind...how the hell do I change the profile image from an inserted file in the workshop?

As you can see i've already uploaded a cover image for the file but on the right the profile image it's still the default one...with the white and grey board.

The problem is that when searching from files in the workshop what appears to everyone is the default one, not the image that I've upload.
