Report a translation problem
I think the modkit gives access to things like the size of the different bits of each window and the ability to add scrolling or a collapsing button, but I don't remember any mention of an anchoring point.
Even if anchoring points are available, I'm pretty sure they'd only affect the place where the window automatically opens the first time, and wouldn't save the place where you drag and drop it. We'd probably need access to the options level of the game, where you set the global size of the UI in order to add any kind of preferences saving ability.
