How do you add a thumbnail to your upload?

I can't seem to figure it out, I bet it's something really simple and I'm gonna look like a fool for not knowning.

When you go to 'Save As...' above the 'Title' section you should see 'Change Preview Picture' click on that, then search for your image. Once selected click on 'Load'. then 'Publish to Steam'
