Gunpowder Mod

Hi guys i was wondering if anyone would want to make a gunpowder mod. To make gunpowder harder like so you have to mine sulpher and stuff to make it. but you would have to remove the offical gunpowder and make so sulpher was used in the new powder, Is it possable to make a mode like that? if no one else does, i would like to try but have no xp at making mods lol, i just thought i would ask before installing the dev kit. you can use the game.ini to change the requirements of gunpowder to require specific resources like 'sulfur' instead of any 'coal'. but you can't mine down into the world, the world is literally paper thin. You could put a sulfur resource that only spawned in certain already existing caves, but just finding 'sulfur' instead of any coal is enough of a pain I would think.
