Is there a mod to randomise elements of custom scenario?

I want to create my own custom scenario where some elements are unknown when I play the game.

For example, I'd like starting characters and the length of war to be random.

As far as I can tell, in the custom scenario settings there is no way to set these to random and I can't find mods that add this functionality.

Anyone know of mods that can help?

We can't do this with the current tools. Scenarios always have a definite set of characters and the number of days isn't that easy to randomise. We would've to create new "scenarios" (called timelines in the tools) for each setting.

It would be easier if we could access custom scenarios but they are generated based on player input, so they are not moddable

That's disappointing. It would be great if they improved modder tools to allow things like this. Thanks for replying.
