For now, nobody has created something like that sadly. I use modded sounds from the first game for my personal overhaul. If you own the game, you can just sub the mod in its workshop, grab the matching .ndfbin and sound files from D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\572410\ and paste them into C:\Users\User\Saved Games\EugenSystems\SteelDivision2\mod\yourMod

Its a temporary workaround and you should keep in mind, that you are not allowed to upload anybody elses work without their permission
