[MAP UPDATE] nmo_khafre
Khafre Pyramid - Objectives / Heist Mission

The ancient egyptian pyramid of Khafre is considered one of the biggest monuments on Earth. This huge structure, 136 meters tall, was the main target of not only archeologists but also burglars, who tried to explore every single room in search of valuable objects to steal. It may sound like a place tourists would have visited, but still to this date, no one has come back alive from the inside of this monument, since traps are fully functional and deadly as hundreds of years ago. Now, undead guards are waiting for new victims to tear to pieces, because after the outbreak, the pyramid of Khafre was used by the Egyptian military as a prison to quarantine a massive group of infected tourists and locals.

I gotta say I have to give you props for making such a unique setting out of our rather limited array of assets to support such a setting. I mean, it isn't perfect, and would be greatly helped by some custom content (props, textures) but damn man, good on you for even realizing this idea PERIOD! I can't overstate how cool that is haha

thanks! i tried to make the best pyramid i could with an atmosphere that combines old and new explorers that entered before the players, that is why some lights or candles are inside, also weapons or kits left by army reinforcements that died inside, certainly its hard also because of engine limitations but the final result is worthy :steamhappy:

I played this map once, really good but there is a room with a trap of thorns on the ceiling that I just couldnt pass throught, I don't know yet what to do to disable it!!

It's simple, just move left or right until you are under a horizontal rock pilar and stay there. The ceiling has two horizontal holes that line up with the pilars, so if you stay there, you won't get crushed. Wait for the ceiling to go back up and proceed.

guys i need help about the puzzle when you put 4 of the balls and u need to move the star symbol i think but i dont how to do it is really hard i have tried differend patterns and still it doesnt work

You need to align all rotating pieces in such angles so that the four pieces form the shape of a "star" if you look at it from above. You have the diagram of said star on the wall next to the puzzle. Move the blocks so that the shape of the contraption matches the picture.
I think I tried this map and to say it's hard is an understatement. You literally flood survivors armed with only melee weapons with runners at the start and medical supplies are nonexistant.

Runners can be taken care of easily by using the heavy melee you get at the start, there is a lot of room to move around. Get them all on your back, charge your attack, turn around attack and quickly jump and look forwards. You'll kill most of them in one swing. If you still have difficulties, you can exploit runners by standing on top of the truck where the welder, extinguisher and TNT are. If you are playing online, a player can get the attention of all runners, and then other players can gradually kill them if they force some zombies to switch targets to themselves. Repeat this process until they are all dead.

Also, there are a lot of medical supplies. There are around 8 Gene therapy syringes, almost every puzzle and locked loot room (you need welder and extinguisher) contains medkits. There is a secret room that contains another therapy plus two medkits (you need to use two hidden gold ingots). Pills are also abundant. You have to explore, search around, and remember to use both the extinguisher and welder.

i love this map i have it in my server most of the time my team die in the first room leaving me to solo the rest of the rooms lol good times

well its nice theres medical supplies burried deep in there but one of the few times we survived the horde of runners at the start I got knicked by one and slowly bled to death while trying to find a bandage :-/
