TS2019 Content not installing

Hi all,
I had up to the 2016 version of the game and bought the 2019 UK Edition. It would however not install the game and show inthe library section that I do own it but that it is not installed. Logging out of Steam and into game only shows me the TS2019 logo but the new routes are not available.
A friend of mine has a similar problem.
Is there a workaround or a solution to this problem?
Please help, I don't like to waste money, especially on game that I was following even before the Rail Simulator and Railworks days.

Have you tried this? In Library at the bottom of the page is a list of your DLC. Is it ticked as Installed? If Uninstalled tick the box, wait for a short download to complete and then tick it again, it should then install.
