Velvetmafia has been caught stealing models, Again.

Hiya everyone, Moderator of the Transport Fever discord here.

Recently velvet posted a screenshot of a HST model that was planned for the workshop, Most of the modders in the TpF discord were very sceptical of this due to the massive quality boost.

In the end he was caught, The model has been used from a Train Simulator model ripping site.

Here's the proof for those that feel the need for it.

Anyway, I'm mostly posting here to advise you to backup your workshop files and then unsubscribe from his mods.

Note: If you have already started your game once he deletes his mods, You will not be able to do this, If you haven't, Nothing will have been removed yet.

Here's how:

Unless you have changed your steam install location, For windows your steam workshop file will be located here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\446800

Please back this up (Or for people that know what they're doing, You can take out only velvets mods)

The folders named as follows will be velvet's mods:

1486571611 - LNER Class J70
1451389867 - British Rail Class 01
1486506115 - British Rail Class 02
1449914912 - British Rail Class 03
1486622930 - British Rail Class 04
1487846609 - British Rail Class 05
1509505919 - British Rail Class 06
1486660561 - British Rail Class 07

1496929966 - British Rail Class 09
1498169009 - British Rail Class 10
1509740705 - British Rail Class 11
1509826549 - British Rail Class 12
1509965310 - British Rail Class 13
1511469290 - British Rail Class 14
1513738405 - British Rail Class 15
1515611135 - British Rail Class 16
1538142185 - British Rail Class 17
1509507286 - Small Shunters Pack
1509969927 - Large Shunters Pack

I heavily adivse you to copy these to your transport fever mods folder which can be found here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Transport Fever\mods

Ensure that you name each moved mod folder with:
modname_1
If you do not do this, The mods will not function.

Thank you for alerting me and others, I was about to start a new UK based series on Youtube and the shunters were due to feature. I hope there's some way to permanently ban him as I'm tired of keep messing around with files and transferring them every time this happens........Just when you thought it was safe to come back to the workshop from transportfever.net

There's a reason I don't use his mods. I lost an epic game due to his last ♥♥♥♥ fit.

Thanks for the notice, to be honest Steam and Transport Fever should find away to stop ssing files locking you from your save games. Citties : Skylines can all ready do this and it's the same a transport fever but much more detailed.
