There a way to download workshop mods without Steam?

I have got the DRM-free version of the game and would love to play some of the mods for it but they are only on the Steams workshop. Would it be possible to download the mods another way or would I have to go somewhere else for mods that I don't know about. This game is amazing either way vanilla but I can't play the community made maps/mods.

Didn't find anyway to download them without steam, but on the GOG forum, someone extracted quite a lot of campaigns/levels :
https://www.gog.com/forum/hotline_miami_series/lots_of_communitymade_campaigns_and_single_levels_for_use_in_hotline_miami_2_gog_version

That was in 2017 though, so the most recent campaigns are not included.
