i don't think you can because of the cloud saving. Just make your own or look out for the downloads for some of them.

lol cringe literally just go to your steam workshop folder and try to find hotline miami in there (its not so easy cause its a bunch of numbers) and then find the campaing/single levels (that are also named a bunch of random numbers) and there will be a mods folder on it thats all
