ideas from a hospital worker

so since i work in a hospital i seen some things that are missing that i would feel would be beneficial.
1. a happiness mod for patients. maybe to keep them around a little longer before they leave if there is a long wait. this could also go for your workers. maybe make it to where if they are happy they will work harder and more efficient. ways to make people happy:
- cafeteria
- chapel
2. more scrub colors.
3. storage closet. makes it easier for supplies to be accessible. which makes it better for faster care.
4. security. lol i think it would be funny to have crazy patients.

Yes, mad patient could go wild and destroy equipment . Suggest to have medical-level turrets and blade mines for this.

I would love to see more departments lite maternityward, psychward and so on.. Then i would also love that when i doctor-mode you should be able to prioritize between tasks. When working in the ICU you should be able to quit a task to quicker do an other, more important task..

It would be nice to add specialized ICU's CVICU-Cardiovasular ICU, NVICU-Neurovascular, TICU-Trauma ICU added to the ER for serious traumatic injuries that come into the ER. The TICU would make a hospital a Level-1 Trauma center which could be a bonus.

Ability to hire EMTs/P for ambos(for perks). Coats for Lab techs and Docs. Nurses standby PTs when taking them to Xray, CT, Etc (instead of dropping them off only to come right back). Ability to Callback employees for events or overwhelmed (With neg impact). Active scheduled for surgeries for better control or flow. Random GSW Pt drops, ability to call FD/PD for your Psy Pts.
