What happened to Octomod?

It was one of my favorite mods, but now it isn't on the workshop anymore as far as I can tell. Was it deleted?

found this thread looking for it also (sorry for necro). Going to guess it was removed but very disappointing; it was one of the best character mods I'd tried!
