Need Feedback for balancing and overall opinions
Can someone please help with balancing my plague inc evolved scenario called 'Ultimate Bio-Weapon' by: isableger. I would really appreciate any general feedback about it! Thanks!

Definitely looks like a lot of thought went into it, but could be rather difficult to follow at times due to the excessively medical trait descriptions and lack of obvious patterns in the effect of one trait to the next. It's not hard to beat, just hard to figure out exactly what's supposed to be going on, which is a shame because 80% of the fun in these scenarios is imagining what's happening to people.
