Is there a mod bringing actual geography to the game?

I am mildly infuriated by the fact that the mapping in the game is not accurate. Can I be helped?

No. The geography of the game cannot be modified. You can only change country names, attributes (population, climate, .etc) and seaport + airport routes. Keep in mind that the game was originally made in 2012
