Janitor Distribution Mod?

It would be nice if someone would make a mod which allowed janitors to only clean designated parts of the prison.

That would be awesome... I'm struggling to balance prison labour in the laundry and cleaning cupboard so I don't have inmates loitering around as long. What would also be awesome would be able to stop janitors cleaning and doing laundry (except staff only areas and cell blocks where no cleaning cupboard/laundry exist) and leave it all to inmates while in either one of the work schedule.
