mod help for ktor 2 on linux

hey all so i am on linux mint and have a list of mods from the workshop i want to use and as far as i know none of them conflict but they dont always want to work half the time a mod will work half the time it wont loading my game is like a random grab bags of what mods want to work and a few of them wont work unless i am connected to wifi for some reason can someone hit me up and help me sort all this stuffs out please

I can really only speak for the wifi problem. Wifi is required so steam can load them i can't keep it anymore simple than that :P

the wifi issue is only with one mod though so?
