Report a translation problem
The only reason your ship is listing is because the AI is using sails on the right side without using the ones on the left side. Sailing AI is useless, don't use it.
Remove the sailing routine in the additional routines. Then go to all the winches and put resting at 1 (slider at the very top of the UI).
Otherwise, your ship is more or less fine. There are inefficiencies though. The 360 cameras are too close to the water, put them higher. Move the ammo in a different room. You have plenty of room in your ship, might as well not put your ammo next to your AI.
At higher level, you won't use sails, so you don't need to put too much efforts into them.
