How do I let weapons filter which targets to target first?
Setting the "minmum altitude for targets" to say 10 or so is easy enough to make sure your AA guns shoot at airborne targets, but they will cease firing if there are no available targets that fit in the LWC filter. So how do I make them prioritize targets so that they don't ever stop firing?

Put two LWCs, obviously. Have your AA guns with the minimum altitude of 10 setting set to priority 1, and then some other generic LWC set to priority 2. When the priority 1 LWC has nothing to shoot at, it will use the setting of the priority 2 LWC.
