1) How can I gain passive charge generation? So instead of relying on hit effects it just passively goes up over time. I hoped that simply putting a minus (-) before the charge degrade would have been the end of it but it doesn't want to do that.
2) How can I force a weapon my main hand from attacking but letting the other do so? I'm currently making a character that used a main hand pistol and off hand sword, I want to incorporate the slash skill but the pistol keeps attacking in sequence. I just want the sword to attack in a loop.
3) I'm using the outlander charge bar passives and the engineer ui with charges and they work well together. but I want to change the attack speed, dodge etc to more defensive passives like % damage reduction. I went to wanderer_passives and wanderer_passives_Max and just changed to to the ones i wanted but 1) the attack speed, dodge etc are still being used and I don't know why. 2) the new % based stuff is either on or off, it no longer goes up in increments. so I don't get any damage reduction until a completely full bar... thoughts on how to fix? EDIT: NVM figured it out. Saved game files can't update for this. when i made a new character it worked fine.

For those wondering i'm making a Warcaster class from the iron kingdoms. I'm really proud of it especially since i only started a few days ago. it's almost all done and I think it's to a very high standard. but little things like this are bugging the hell outa me lol. i'm sure theres more questions to come. thanks for reading.
