Does anyone know how to modify enchanters in order to get maximum enchantment everytime?
As we know, enchanters like elemental enchanters can sometimes give us maximum enchantments and this is accompanied by a flash in the game. So does anyone know how to modify the properties of an enchanter so that we can get maximum enchantment every time?

Yer, go to affixes and look for enchants. just change the min value to the max value. :D
